I made homemade Miso〜Mariko’s English Diary No.81〜

Today I made homemade Miso at my teacher’s house.

I have made it twice.

It was more delicious than I bought.

It’s said that Homemade Miso is the best from a long ago.

It’s important to make it with our own hands because we have “good bacteria” on our hands.

I will wait for 4〜6 months until I can eat.

I can’t wait!!
