Last two years I made the “miso” ,Japanese traditional seasoning.

Now in February it’s time to make the miso.

This weekend I am going to make the miso at my teacher’s house!!

So I prepared the beans for the miso!!

I just boild the beans.

I will make the miso twice as heavy as last year.

I can’t wait!!!
